Description
This wine is a brilliant crimson red with deep violet hues, while the nose displays aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry and mint. A full bodied, wine with a full length of palate subtly underlining the bold tannic structure complimented by American Oak. Black pepper and spices mingle with the varietal flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon with a smooth mid palate alongside overtones of defined tannins. A versatile wine which goes well with red meats, pastas and stir fry. Can be cellared for 5 years.
