Here at Vino Society, we only want you to be as happy with your wine as we are. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your wines (come on…that’s not going to happen, our wines rock!) we offer a 100% money back guarantee. There’s just a few little bits of information first:

  • If you’ve ordered wine from us within the last 12 months but you’ve opened a bottle and it tastes a little…ahh funky…we’re happy for you to open up another bottle and give it a whirl too. If that doesn’t taste quite right, we will gladly arrange* collection of the remaining 10 bottles and offer you a credit or a full refund for the dozen.  This too applies for 6 packs- open one, if it’s not right, we’ll collect the remaining 5 and give you a credit or refund.
  • If the issue is regarding mixed dozens or single units purchased, not to worry, get in touch and we’d be happy to chat with you.
  • All you need to do is email us here with your details (name, contact number, order number) and we will sort the issue for you as soon as possible.

*Please note, there may be some instances where we physically cannot get to a particular location, in this case, the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item back to us. We also recommend insuring your items back to us…just to make sure you’re covered in the event of any breakages.

Refunds and credit are processed within 2-3 business days of the stock being returned to us. Please note that refunds or credit will not be made on shipping.
